In order for cases to be clarified, it is mandatory to provide the package label (with shipping information). It is advisable to keep the label and record the unpacking process.

Please note that a change or cancellation of an order can only be made within 24 hours of payment. Outside this period, we cannot assist you with changing or canceling your order.


Because all items are prepared to order, we will only process return requests if the following conditions are met. Rejections for reasons of the buyer, e.g. B. Loss of interest in the item or providing an incorrect delivery address will not be accepted.

If you have items to return, please package them securely and ship them back to the address provided on the order. Make sure the items are in their original, unused condition. You must notify us of any problems with your order within 5 days of receiving the package and provide the following information:

The product has been damaged.
Designs or sizes may vary from your order.
Our other mistakes


In order for us to support you effectively, it is important that you provide all necessary evidence of shipping or product defects. Please note that all required images must be submitted. Examples can be found in the following appendices:

Image or video of the shipping label
Image or video of the product SKU
An image or video of the product and the defect you discovered (material defect, different design, different size)
Send it to our email address and make sure we have access to it and can view it.

We will send you a free replacement within 15 days of solving the problem.


If you want a refund or return, please contact us and explain your situation to us in detail before sending the package back to us. It is imperative that you contact us before returning any items. Packages sent without prior notice are considered abandoned.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for items based on material dissatisfaction as stated in the product description.
Because each item is made to order and is individually crafted to your specifications (size, design, product type, etc.), no refunds or returns will be made if the item is received according to your order list.
Customer's errors regarding the delivery address or non-receipt of the package due to the customer's absence, as well as the loss of the item due to lack of security at the customer's location (without sufficient proof) are not entitled to a refund.
If the specified recipient refuses to accept the package, no refund will be made.
It should be noted that in some cases packages may be destroyed by customs or the carrier and the customer may need to request a new order.

There are some cases where only a partial refund (if any) will be given:

Any item not in its original condition may be damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our fault.
Each item reaches us 30 days after the first delivery date.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification. In some cases, you may be required to pay shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after we notified you, please first check your bank account again.
Second, you can contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Thirdly, please contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for a refund to be posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Items do not arrive

50-day return policy based on delivery date. If it has been more than 50 days for US orders and/or 90 days for international orders and the package has not arrived, we will refund or replace it, as requested. Customers have the option of a refund or replacement.
